Water Painting

Today is the 24th of July witch means here in Utah it is a state holiday, and also hotter then the blazes. It seams that everyone in the state comes to Salt Lake for the day and so its best to just avoid going out. That being said I was trying to come up with something to do with my kids so that they didn't go crazy and drive me to the nut house. I figured that since the front yard has some shade and we have a small wadding pool that I would set it up for them to play in this afternoon. Well we have been out here for over 30 minutes and the only thing that has been in the pool is the toys. The kids on the other hand have found a new passion. They are water painting my porch. The best part is it cleans its self by drying. And because its so hot (100) it drys so fast that they have an endless canvas. They have used their hair even to paint. You should have seen Porter to do that he had to put his head in the pool to get it when and then lay on the porch to "paint" with his hair, The curtest though was their little hands and feet. Alison is currently exploring her options with her legs. I think my kids have found their calling in life.
A little extra, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JORDAN!!! My nephew is 7 today!
Also Porter has gone all day with out a potty accident. WOOHOO!!! GO PORTER!
